Resilience - A Way to Live Our Hopes and Values

Multigenerational Service

Quite often we think of resilience as the ability to bounce back, but in reality we are not rubber balls; we don’t always bounce back and can get caught in a downward spiral. It’s important for us to think of resilience as the ability to move through hardships, fear, and pain. This allows us to grow in the face of stressors. We can find hope, wisdom, courage and strength as well as the ability to live and embrace our values. This multi-generation service will help us all fill our cups with hope, perspective and a bit of joy. All ages and Zoom attendees are welcome.
