Gospel Music Sunday
Our very own Linda Brown-San Martin has been a gospel choir leader for longer than many on this Earth have been alive. There is a gift where gospel music makes us feel a spirituality rather than think about or know about spirituality. What is required of us isn't grand gestures or massive transformations of devotion, but rather to feel what it means to love justice, live with kindness, and walk humbly on this, our gifted creation.

Featured Singer Danielle Samuels of Woburn is a classically trained soprano who has been singing in choirs for most of her life. She recently graduated from Wellesley College with a degree in neuroscience, where she continued to deepen both her love for the health sciences and music. In 2024, Danielle joined the Harambee Singers where she met Linda Brown-San Martin and found a new gospel community that has helped shape her growth as a performer. Danielle is currently employed as a Research Assistant at the MIT AgeLab.
